X_Ite-X3D-Browser Test Page
X_Ite X3D Browser is an Javascript and WebGL based solution to displaying X3D or VRML in a browser.
VRML within browsers required plugins that modern browsers no longer allow. Standalone VRML Players are available but require a copy of the VRML file to be downloaded.
The new solution will work in all newer browsers.

- While model is in focus...
- Rotate: Use a single finger on a touchscreen or the left click on your mouse.
- Zoom: Use two fingers to pinch/unpinch on a touchscreen or the wheel on your mouse.
- Drag: Use two fingers on a touchscreen or press and hold Alt and use left mouse button.
- Full Screen: A popup menu comes up with the right mouse button. There, the model can be displayed full screen.
- Spin: The model spin can be "thrown" and it will keep spinning around the center of view.
- Reset: Press Home resets both the camera position and the object rotation.

An Isohedral Deltahedra VRML (presented full screen) model produced with Antiprism with the command: iso_delta -c f -s 3 | off2vrml > model.wrl
X_Ite Browser can handle these file formats. Here are some examples that were converted from a minimal cube (cube.off)
GLTF filetype (Kronos Group)
GLB filetype (Kronos Group) (Binary)
OBJ filetype (Wavefront OBJ)
PLY filetype (Polygon File Format or the Stanford Triangle Format)
STL filetype (stereolithography)
X3D filetype (converted from OFF by meshlab)
Cube.off (for reference, conversion source file)
In addition it is able to work with SVG files. Here is a "cube" svg from sampled from the internet.
